Okay guys, it is no secret that we absolutely love our customers and get so excited when osborne-wood-legs-cedar-chest-not-just-paper-and-paintthey send us their latest projects. Our customers range from businesses, to hobbyist, to people looking to spice up their homes, all the way to bloggers trying to share plans with their followers. We really love when a blogger chooses to spread inspiration and creativity to their group of readers using our products! We recently went to the Haven Conference in Buckhead, Georgia, and got to meet tons of people who love crafting, DIYs, and craftsmanship as much as we do. One of the amazing ladies we met there was our friend Rosemary who is the writer and creator of the Not Just Paper & Paint Blog.

Rosemary decided she wanted to spice up her vintage cedar chest and add it to her newly renovated foyer. You can read in detail about the project on her blog. Rosemary leg-osborne-wood-cedar-chest-storage-sofa-table-not-just-paper-and-paintthought that our Oak Hill Sofa Legs (Part #6170) would be the perfect addition to her chest, and she was absolutely right! Rosemary loved the simple design of the legs, but most of all knew they would be solid and sturdy enough to support her project. Rosemary gave the legs and her cedar chest a gorgeous soft black paint job. Not only was this the PERFECT finish for her chest, but she was also able to make the paint herself! She links the recipe for the paint on her blog as well, but this is one trick we will definitely be trying next. Thank you for the inspiration Rosemary!

Read all about the process she went through as well as where to find the lovely decorations she chose for her chest on her blog! WARNING: Not Just Paper & Paint will definitely give you project fever. If you find yourself with a case of pent up creativity visit our website and check out our amazing line of products that are waiting for you to get started making something amazing! Do you want to replicate Rosemary’s creation? Check out our selection of different sofa legs and get building!
