Introducing the Slagle Leg – Designed by Slagle Wood Design & Produced by Osborne Wood

Posted on November 8, 2019June 7, 2022 By osborneoffice 3 Comments on Introducing the Slagle Leg – Designed by Slagle Wood Design & Produced by Osborne Wood

All of us here at Osborne Wood Products are proud and excited to announce a new and unique table leg addition to our catalog of table legs: the Slagle Leg!

Slagle Wood Designs Table Leg (Part #342296)

This leg was designed by husband and wife furniture building team Kalyn and Brian Slagle of Slagle Wood Designs in Dawsonville, GA. Previously, this was a custom leg that the Slagles designed for private use in their own custom projects. However, recently they’ve decided to partner with us and have allowed us to release their design to the public. (We are so excited!)

A unique combination of beads, spheres, and flat areas sets this truly unique leg apart from what is already an extensive catalog of leg designs. It pairs beautifully with the farmhouse style of furniture that Kalyn and Brian are so well-known for creating.

Speaking of great pairs, both the Slagles and those of us here at Osborne Wood Products are committed to providing a quality product. By partnering with the Slagles, we are able to provide fast turn-around times on the Slagle leg, as well as all our products, to better allow Kalyn, Brian, and all of our customers to be successful in their designs.

Kalyn and Brian primarily use pine in their products, as pine wood has a certain character which makes it ideal for the farmhouse style. However, Osborne Wood will be offering this leg in many more wood types, allowing customers to further customize their designs.

More about Kalyn and Brian:

Kalyn and Brian are a husband and wife furniture building team who have dreamed of building furniture since they were high school sweethearts. They also have two little ones who love to “help” out in the shop. The Slagles have an extensive catalog of projects available for potential customers to view, with furniture ranging from simple end tables and coffee tables to stunning custom entertainment centers with barn doors and impressive queen-over-queen bunk beds.
