Carpi Mission Corbel

We met our friend Rachel from Maison de Pax at the Haven Conference. Haven is a conference for DIY Bloggers who create amazing DIY designs! At this year’s conference Rachel received two Carpi Mission Corbels (Part #8008) from us. We were so excited to see what Rachel would create with these stunning hand carved pieces. Today, we got to see the reveal and we want to share it with you!

Rachel used the corbel from Osborne to create a stunning mantel. On her blog, Mason de Pax, Rachel gives instruction on how to create a simple mantel design using small corbels to accentuate the design. Check out her step-by-step instructions, along with more photos of the project.

If the Mission design isn’t quite your style, be sure to check out the other great designs from Osborne! For a similar size and a little more detail check out the Carpi Corbel in our Classic Design (Part #8000), Acanthus Leaf (Part #8002), or Basketweave (Part #8006). We also have a contemporary version you will love for its simple stylish appearance! Or try our contemporary version with a beaded edge for a hint of detail. The options are limitless!

So grab your corbels and get started on your new mantel project! Browse our full collection of decorative corbels and brackets today.
