During the week of November 6th Osborne experienced a record breaking week. With shipping numbers at their highest in company history, Osborne employees successfully completed shipments for 1,199 boxes.
While offering same day shipping as a competitive advantage, many of the boxes leaving the Osborne facility were from orders placed within the same business day. The customer service department, production and shipping teams efficiently worked together to successfully break this historic record.
